Privacy Policy

Essentials ("we", "us", "our") collects the following data when you use the app:

• Account information (name, email, profile photo URL) from Google sign-in.
• Delivery information (address, area, pincode, phone number) you provide at checkout.
• Order history and reviews you leave on delivered orders.
• Approximate location (when you grant permission) to pre-fill your delivery area.
• Diagnostic logs used to keep the service running.

We do not sell personal data. We share the minimum necessary with our delivery partners and infrastructure providers (Supabase and our authentication provider).

You can permanently delete your account from Account → Delete account inside the app — this removes your profile, addresses, orders, reviews and sessions. For any privacy request, email khetse.care@gmail.com.

Orders & payments

Cash on Delivery only. Prices, availability and delivery slots are shown in-app and may change before you place an order.

Delivery

We deliver in the areas listed inside the app. Windows are best-effort.

Returns & refunds

Perishable goods are non-returnable except for damage or wrong item at delivery. Report issues within 24 hours to khetse.care@gmail.com.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (Bengaluru jurisdiction).
